Appreciating Everyday Beauty

Today is November 27, 2016. I’ve been in Granada for nearly three months now. In the beginning, walking around Granada, everything seemed completely new and spectacular. Saturdays with Rhim

One Saturday, I really had to get some homework done but I also wanted to get out of the house, so I packed up my laptop and notebooks and headed out to find a café to post up at. Since its establishment in 1753 the British Museum has been collecting artifacts for the purpose of preserving human culture and history.

My uncle, aunt, and family friend came to visit me on Thanksgiving and for the weekend. It was so comforting to see them, and have family here, as this was the first time that I was away from home for Thanksgiving. My uncle and aunt have been to Barcelona in the past, so I tried to come up with an itinerary that was not for the typical first-timer tourist.
