Amine, a staff member at IES Abroad Rabat, laughed at our amazed faces. “Guys,” he said, leaning down to pet a cat wandering along the street, “this is just the trailer!” We were on a tour of Rabat, having landed in the country barely 24 hours earlier, and we still couldn’t believe what Amine was reminding us: this tour was just the trailer for the movie, the preview of where we get to live for the next semester.
