Dog Days Before the Trip

The time before my first flight is constantly speeding up as I’m trying to tie up any loose ends at home, pack, and try and remember all of the spanish I’ve ever learned. The days at home have been humid and I am looking to welcome the dry heat of Madrid.

I&#39;ve been studying spanish for the last six years and look forward to chatting with the locals while studying in Madrid. When not doing homework I am either running around at practice with my ultimate frisbee team, the Gods of Plastic, or laying out the most recent edition of a publication I cofounded recently. I&#39;ll try and bring you some photos showing the real Madrid, not just the pictures you see on postcards.
