A Virtual Taste | Session 2: Comparsion and Sharing Tasting Notes

IES Abroad Vienna (1968-69) alumnus, Chuck Taylor provided us with a Virtual Taste of Alsatian Rieslings. Brought to you in a two-part series we explored the Alsace region, various wine producers and a history of Rieslings. Participants were then encouraged to taste the various wines with a variety of foods. Meeting again to share tasting notes and various food pairings.
