kasha Horton’s 2nd February Video
This is a video showing a day in the life of me, Kasha! It shows my daily trip to IES, and trips to neighboring countries. My day usually consist of a lot of walking and hanging out at the markets in London. I portrayed Camden market and Portobello market in this video. As a multi-ethnic woman living in a large melting pot of a city, I usually do not become too aware of my ethnicity and culture. Whenever I feel homesick i grab some Caribbean food, or walk around town soaking up all the culture that surrounds me.

I am a junior studying at American University and this semester I am studying with the IES program in London! Public Health and specifically the topic of health disparities interest me and this program allows me to really dive into the inner-workings of my interest by giving me hands on work in the field.
