2024 Annual Conference Submission Form for Topics & Presentation Proposals

This year, we invite you to submit a topic you're interested in seeing covered at the Annual Conference and/or submit a proposal for a presentation you would like to present at the Annual Conference.

The deadline to submit is Wednesday, May 15 at 4 p.m. CT. 

Submissions will be reviewed by the 2024 Program Planning Committee, and we will be in contact with you in the coming weeks if your proposal is accepted.

If you are only submitting topics, you do not need to fill out the presentation questions of this form. 
Please provide details including a session description, takeaways and learning outcomes for the audience, if you've presented this before, and any other information that will be helpful for what you are proposing. 
Please include the name, title, and organization of each presenter. 
Provide any additional comments you would like to share with us in regard to topics and presentation proposals.
