2023 Annual Conference Submission Form for Topics & Presentation Proposals

We're glad you're here!  

This year, we invite you to:

  • -- Submit a topic you're interested in seeing covered at the Annual Conference
  • -- Submit a proposal for a presentation you would like to present at the Annual Conference

The deadline to submit is Monday, April 17th at 4 p.m. CT. 

Submissions will be reviewed by the 2023 Program Planning Committee, and we will be in contact with you in the coming weeks if your proposal is accepted.

If you are only submitting topics, you do not need to fill out the presentation questions of this form. 
Please provide details including a session description, takeaways and learning outcomes for the audience, if you've presented this before, and any other information that will be helpful for what you are proposing. 
Please include the name, title, and organization of each presenter.
