Holiday Availability: All IES Abroad offices will be closed on Dec 24, Dec 25, Dec 31, and Jan 1 as we take some time to celebrate. During the weeks of 12/22 and 12/29, our team will be smaller, so responses may take longer than usual. Thanks for your understanding—and happy holidays!
To intern or not to intern, this is a question
Something amazing that IES Abroad is able to offer is the opportunity to partake in an internship while you are studying abroad. This is super cool but it is not for the faint of heart. You will need to sign up for the internship class, and you must make sure you don’t accidentally sign up for a different class that takes place at the same time (intuitive, I know, but if you decide to add it later it happens). Staff in your location of study will meet with you through email and zoom before you arrive to ask about what kind of work experience you hope to get.
