Early Departure Policy Early departures are not permitted unless warranted by a documented medical or family emergency and approved by IES Abroad. Early Arrival Beginning of the Program: Seoul You may not move into your IES Abroad housing early. If you arrive before the official arrival date, you are responsible for your accommodations until you move into your IES Abroad housing on the first day of the program.
