While studying abroad you will start to hear about “Christmas Markets” all over Europe. What are “Christmas Markets”? Well, they are literally outdoor markets full of everything Christmas related. Hot chocolate, caroling, ornaments, trees, lights, gifts, even ice skating rinks.
Luckily, we chose to travel to Salzburg and Vienna in the prime of the Christmas Market season. Be prepared to buy anything and everything. They had the best gifts and souvenirs so far.
