Lost/Missing Baggage? Your airline is your contact for damaged or lost baggage as well as for items lost on the plane. You must report the loss or damage promptly to the airline or its service provider. Most French airports have a Helpdesk or Missing Luggage - " Bagages Perdus" stand near the baggage carousels. These helpdesks can assist you in locating and delivering your lost luggage. Its important to make sure you have your checked luggage tags in your carry-on lugguage.

You must arrive in Nantes by 6pm on the arrival date. If you are delayed during travel refer to your "Print Me Guide" for further instructions. Most students traveling to Nantes will fly to Paris and then take the train to Nantes. Paris has two major airports serving international flights: Orly (ORY) and Roissy/Charles de Gaulle (CDG). Most students will fly into the Paris CDG Airport, where the majority of flights from the United States arrive.
