About the Program
Length: Four weeks
We invite you to consider our IES Abroad Madrid Center as a site for welcoming your cohort for a STEM program. Courses and cocurricular activities are meant to maximize the use of the IES Abroad Center as a classroom while expanding students’ perspectives more broadly to experience life in a globalized society. Using elements of our Engineering, Math and Science signature program, IES Abroad can help coordinate partner programs across many disciplines, with the common purpose of conducting a crosscultural analysis of American and Spanish STEM fields. This program is meant to appeal to second-, third-, and fourth-year students interested in STEM disciplines through high-caliber business visits related to well-known organizations and guest lectures with industry experts.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee the availability of all housing, excursions, cultural events, guest lecturers or tours.
