Course Related Trip Course related trips are academic visits and meetings that take place both during and outside of normal class hours. Following the application deadline, you will receive an official email from the Office of Student Recruitment and Admissions. You will submit your Student Course Selection Form, with the courses you'd like to take at AUD. AUD's admissions team will assist you in class enrollment.

On-campus housing is primarily double rooms within gender-segregated halls. Roommates can be AUD degree-seeking students or other visiting/exchange students. We cannot guarantee that a double will always be shared only with another IES participant. You may request to reside with one roommate of the same gender on your Housing Application.
