Our Summer Sustainability & Innovation Program offers courses that focus on sustainability in the context of the environment and urban space, as well as the business and economics of cities in Southern Africa. Field Trips & Events City Walking Tour – Required As part of Orientation, we take a half-day tour of the District 6 Museum and the Cape Town City Centre to contextualize Cape Town's position in the history of South Africa. Cooking Class – Optional The richly cultured Bo-Kaap area is known for its colorful houses and Malay cuisine.
