Lost/Missing Baggage? Your airline is your contact for damaged or lost baggage as well as for items lost on the plane or in the apron bus. You must report the loss or damage promptly to the airline or its service provider. When you report the loss or damage, you will receive a reference number for the international baggage tracing system Worldtracer. Here you can find out about the current status of your baggage and organise its delivery or forwarding if necessary.

Final grades (unofficial copy) are posted online via your MyIESabroad account. Grades from courses taught by IES Abroad are typically available within four to six weeks of the final day of the program and are made available for approximately six months. Partner university grades will take longer to post. Non-reported "NR" grades indicate that your professor has not yet reported your grades. You may request to reside with one roommate of the same gender on your Housing Form.
