February 3, 2019

After a record-breaking number of applications, we are excited to welcome a record-breaking 119 students to the IES Abroad Correspondent program for Spring 2020!

Our Social Media Correspondents will hashtag their way across the globe this spring, showing us their journey in real time on their own Instagram accounts. Our Bloggers (some of whom are also part-time Social Media Correspondents) will be sharing their stories via writing, photos, video, or other creative pursuits. All those beautiful photos you see on our website or in our catalogs? Most likely, they were taken by one of our Photographers, who work behind the scenes to capture the IES Abroad experience. And across the board, you'll find IDEA Correspondents, reflecting on how aspects of their identity intersect with life abroad.

The talent on display here is pretty impressive, if we do say so ourselves.

If you want a first-hand account of what it's really like to study abroad, look no further than one of our trusty Correspondents. Watch them say hello in the introduction video below, and keep scrolling to check out all of our Bloggers. Then, head over here to meet our Social Media Correspondents
