This is one of the views from the ferry we took from Positano to Amalfi. There was an outdoor concert and light show in one of the large piazzas in Naples the night we stayed there. This is a view from walking down the main street to the beach in Positano. This is the view of Positano looking back from the beach. We stopped for this view of Sorrento on our way to Positano. This is me in front of Mt. Vesuvius before our lunch and wine tasting at this vineyard at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius.

Everyone at IES Rome gets to go on one of two group field trips (included in tuition). This semester the trips were to Naples and the Amalfi coast or to Tuscany and Siena.

However, this Cleveland native is a homebody at heart and can't get enough quality time with her cats and a good, trashy romance novel.
