Finals, Abroad.

Finals week abroad is really different. I find it hard to concentrate when all I wanna do is explore the city and travel. However it must be done, it’s been a while since I pulled a necessary all nighter. I had 5 classes, Renaissance Art, Turkish Culture, Anthropology of the Body, Human Rights in World Affairs and Turkish Language. Plenty of finals to drive anyone crazy. I am halfway done and only have 2 finals left, I can almost see the finish line. After finals I will have a packed itinerary, I will go to the Sultan Ahmed area again, have breakfast in the best place in Istanbul- Van Kahvalti, buy souvenirs, and do some more exploring. I cannot believe it, I am almost done, my time time is almost done. I have to admit that I do miss home and my friends. However, I will miss Turkey, the prayer call in the morning, the morning hustle of the city getting ready for work, the simitci in every corner, and its amazing beauty above all. I will be back, I promise!
