Next: Submit Your Application Documents

Now that you’ve submitted the first part of your application, the next part will be completing your admissions forms before the deadline.

You’ll submit your admissions forms in your MyIESabroad account. Give us 1-2 business days to process your initial online application, and then you will have access to these forms. In the meantime, you can peruse your MyIESabroad account, where you can favorite items (like our student blogs, courses, news, and more), explore resources, and contact previous students.

Understand the Application & Predeparture Process

Wait 1-2 Business Days
You've completed Part 1! We’ll process and review your initial application, and then you will be able to start Part 2, completing your admissions forms.
Submit Admissions Forms
Completing the initial online application is only Part 1 of applying. In 1-2 business days, you’ll see admissions forms added to your account.
Receive an Admissions Decision
Once we receive all your admissions forms, we'll provide you with an admissions decision within about 2 weeks.
Submit Predeparture Forms
Once you're accepted, you’ll submit forms prior to departure so your preferences become a reality in your host country.

Getting your passport is a crucial step for studying abroad. With processing times taking longer than usual, consider this a gentle reminder to not procrastinate on getting or renewing your passport.

Apply for Scholarships & Aid

With one application, you can apply for nearly all our scholarship and aid opportunities at once. Applications must be submitted and complete by midnight Central Time of the deadline date, but we recommend you apply as soon as you're considering one of our study abroad or internship programs. (Yes — you can apply for scholarships and aid before you apply to a program!) Funds are limited! Learn more about the documents and essay requirements.  

Make sure your name is on every document you upload.  Applications with missing names will not be considered
