There is still time to welcome an International Student Assistant from Argentina, Chile, China, Ecuador, France, Germany, Italy, or Spain to your campus!

The IES Abroad International Student Assistantship Program connects IES Abroad Consortium member schools with highly qualified international students who are eager to share their native culture, act as study abroad resources, and study in the United States. Most work as Language Department Assistants, Residence Assistants, or Teaching Assistants in exchange for an award that may include tuition, room and board, insurance, and/or a small stipend. In 2013-14, students were placed at 15 different consortium schools, including:

          Bates College
          Bucknell University
          Claremont McKenna College
          DePauw University
          Franklin & Marshall College
          Grinnell College
          Hope College
          Illinois Wesleyan University
          Occidental College
          Pomona College
          Scripps College
          St. Catherine University
          Whitman College
          William Jewel College
          Wofford College

If interested, please email AcademicPrograms@IESabroad.org to obtain a request form and submit it by January 24, 2014.
