Happy Year of the Goat! To celebrate the new year, our Beijing Center hosted a dumpling-making party on February 16th, and the event was covered by the US China Press. You can see the article (in Mandarin) as well as a photo gallery of the dumpling making here, and check out our student blogger Claire Vodicka’s post on the new year and jiaozi-making party.

In addition to the crash-course in making delicious Chinese dumplings, the Beijing students also visited Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, making it a celebration to remember.

And here in Chicago, our Beijing team went out to celebrate the Year of the Goat with an authentic lunch in China Town.

May you have a happy and prosperous Year of the Goat!
