We're upgrading your Student Portal! Log in and new applications are unavailable now through end of day Tuesday, July 7 (CT)—that's when you'll return to an easier, improved system. The transition is taking a little longer than anticipated, but it's worth the wait.
Already working on a form? Anything you submitted before June 30 carried over automatically. Forms that were started but not submitted don't transfer, but don't worry, you'll find the same forms waiting for you in the new portal on July 7. For more details, please review our student system upgrade information. Want a heads-up when the new portal is live? Fill out our interest form.
Thank you for your patience during this transition! We're excited to welcome you into the new portal and continue supporting you every step of the way
IES Abroad Ambassadors
What is it actually like to study abroad? Where can I find resources for creating a budget? How do I weigh my housing options? If you’ve thought any of these questions or something similar, an IES Abroad Ambassador is here to help! Ambassadors are previous IES Abroad students who volunteer to share their experiences and offer advice as you begin your own once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
Search below for Ambassadors to email. We recommend contacting more than one Ambassador in order to receive a variety of opinions and advice. Use our drop-down menus to filter by different areas, whether you want to find a participant from your home school, someone who studied in a certain destination, or take courses with a student with your major.
To minimize spam to our Ambassadors, you’ll need to create an account to reach out to them.
For questions about in-depth specifics and pre-departure processes like country-specific visas, school policies, or health and safety, reach out to your IES Abroad advisor for the most up-to-date information.
Important: To contact an ambassador, please log in or create an account to get personalized advice.
