IES Abroad Madrid Alumni Weekend

Registration is now open! Early bird pricing will be available through June 1^st. Registration will close on July 15^th or once we have reached capacity.

Join us for an unforgettable IES Abroad Madrid Alumni Weekend from September 24-27 in the beautiful city of Madrid! Reconnect with old friends, relive cherished memories, and create new ones as you immerse yourself once again in the culture, history, and charm of Madrid. 

The Alumni Weekend will include:

• Thursday, September 24^th | Welcome reception at the IES Abroad Center
• Friday, September 25^th | Morning Activity (choice between Thyssen Museum tour or Barrio de las Letras walking tour), Evening Activity (choice between Tapas Walking Food Crawl or Wine Tasting)
• Saturday, September 26^th | Morning/Day Activity (choice between visit to Prado Museum or Day Trip to Toledo), All-Class Dinner in Madrid at Los Galayos
• Sunday, September 27^th | Farewell Breakfast

The Friday (all day) and Saturday (morning and day) activities will occur concurrently.

How to Register:

1. Select activities: please note that the Friday Morning, Friday Evening, and Saturday Daytime activities occur at the same time. Please only select one for each window.
2. Confirm that you and your guest(s) are accounted for: each attendee that will be sitting in a chair, requiring a ticket, or eating a meal must have a registration, including children. 
3. If you have any mobility or dietary restrictions, please indicate those in the applicable fields: we cannot guarantee any accommodations requested within a month of the weekend or on-site. 
4. Complete Your Registration: Fill in your details and submit the form. 

Cancellation Policy 
You have until August 13, 2026, to cancel your registration for a full refund.
