If you have started any forms in your MyIESabroad student portal, please complete and submit them by end of day Tuesday, June 30. Submitted forms will carry over automatically. Any forms that are started but not submitted by June 30 will not transfer—but don't worry, you'll still have access to the same forms in the new portal on July 6.

About the Program

Length: Two or four weeks

Designed to give future leaders a head start in the international organizations arena, this Customizable Global Pathway program offers classroom-based learning about the history and future of these organizations as well as guided visits to the headquarters of important organizations in Vienna. Students attending this program should be excited about first-hand experiential learning and eager to understand the complex inner workings of international organizations. This program should be especially appealing to rising juniors and seniors and Political Science, International Relations, Economics, or Pre-Law majors interested in government or public service. Vienna is in important hub for international organizations and will offer participants a breadth of opportunities for learning about this topic.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee the availability of all housing, excursions, cultural events, guest lecturers or tours.

Academics

Academic Program includes:

  • Enrollment in one to two courses from IES Abroad’s Business, Economics & International Relations program based on program length with IES Abroad-sourced faculty - 3-4 credits
    AND/OR
  • One school Faculty-taught course (content TBD by the School, not transcripted through IES Abroad
    Registrar)
