We are extremely excited to be honored (for the first time!) with a Bronze Telly Award in the 38th Annual Telly Awards’ Commercials/Marketing Campaign, Not-For-Profit category for our 2016 Study Abroad Film Festival.

The Telly Awards are judged by a panel of top production, film, and broadcast industry leaders. On average, the Telly Awards have received more than 13,000 entries yearly from all 50 states and five continents.

Our 2016 Study Abroad Film Festival had a record-breaking 70 total film submissions and 18 semifinalists that were then rated by a highly-esteemed international jury, and 5 finalists voted on by the public—Jordan Cain danced his way through Europe (and the competition) and came out on top as the 2016 Film Festival grand prize winner.

The 2016 Film Festival had an amazing 2,129 total votes, and the five finalist videos received 6,487 views on YouTube in just one week’s time. Additionally, we're still pinching ourselves over the media covrerage for our 2016 Film Festival. Check out the Film Festival media coverage highlights that include interviews with our student filmmakers.

We think our Telly Award video captures all our excitement!
