If you are thinking about using your foreign language for a full time career, a part time addition to your full time job, or as an enjoyable hobby, please join us on Monday June 6th, at 5:30pm Central for a conversation moderated by Kathleen Diamond, Nantes 66-67, Board member of the Association of Language Companies and founder of the ALC Bridge, with IES Berlin 96-97 alumnae Erin Riddle, who has her own startup business doing literary translation, Dr. David Cross, Salamanca Spring/Fall '95 who teaches Spanish and Arabic in addition to doing some translation work, and Michele Herman, Paris Spring ’78, who has found a most enjoyable hobby translating 65 Jacques Brel songs for friends who are cabaret singers. In addition, many links to careers in language services will be shared during this event. This event will be recorded.
