IES Abroad is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. That means we rely on the generosity of donations from people like YOU to help fund scholarships that make it possible for students with financial need to study and intern abroad. Join us in educating the next generation of global leaders with your tax-deductible gift today.
Our goal is simple: to make the life-changing benefits that come from studying and interning abroad accessible to as many students as possible. No one should be denied an abroad experience due to financial limitations. This is why we commit $6 million to our financial aid programs each year.
But we can't do this alone. With your gift today, join us in educating the next generation of global leaders. 100% of every donation goes directly to scholarships for students with financial need, helping them to pay for airfare, cultural excursions, academic tuition and more.
Join us on March 6th, as we set out to raise $24K for 24 scholarships for 24 students with financial need to intern abroad this summer! For many students, a summer internship abroad is the only chance they'll have to study abroad, but scholarships are vital. With your support these students will have the opportunity to gain valuable international experience, skills, and global perspective needed in today's workforce. Stay tuned for more details!
“I am reinvigorated in my determination to aim high and persevere. Life thus far has taught me that you are never alone, and it is sometimes the kindness of strangers that can impact you the most, and change you. So, thank you for changing my life.”

For almost a decade, IES Abroad has collected outcomes data from 2,000+ respondents from more than 200 U.S. colleges and universities. In the two surveys we’ve conducted (in 2012 and 2016), we’ve found that IES Abroad alumni consistently have employment outcomes that exceed those of the national average—our alums report higher rates of full-time employment and lower rates of unemployment.
