IES Abroad is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. That means we rely on the generosity of donations from people like YOU to help fund scholarships that make it possible for students with financial need to study and intern abroad. Join us in educating the next generation of global leaders with your tax-deductible gift today.
Our goal is simple: to make the life-changing benefits that come from studying and interning abroad accessible to as many students as possible. No one should be denied an abroad experience due to financial limitations. This is why we commit more than $4 million to our financial aid programs each year.
But we can't do this alone. With your gift today, join us in educating the next generation of global leaders. 100% of every donation goes directly to scholarships for students with financial need, helping them to pay for airfare, cultural excursions, academic tuition and more.
“I am reinvigorated in my determination to aim high and persevere. Life thus far has taught me that you are never alone, and it is sometimes the kindness of strangers that can impact you the most, and change you. So, thank you for changing my life.”
This #GivingTuesday on November 28th, help us increase access to study abroad with your gift to support scholarships for IES Abroad students. Our goal is to inspire 200 gifts in 24 hours—100% for students with financial need to study and intern abroad next year. With your generous support more students will have the opportunity to gain the international experience and perspective needed in today’s workforce.
What is #GivingTuesday? We have a day to give thanks, and two days for getting deals. Started in 2012, #GivingTuesday is a global day dedicated to charitable giving. Help us increase access to study abroad by making a gift in support of IES Abroad Scholarships on 11/28. Thank you!
For almost a decade, IES Abroad has collected outcomes data from 2,000+ respondents from more than 200 U.S. colleges and universities. In the two surveys we’ve conducted (in 2012 and 2016), we’ve found that IES Abroad alumni consistently have employment outcomes that exceed those of the national average—our alums report higher rates of full-time employment and lower rates of unemployment.
Did you know that 42% of students who dropped out of the IES Abroad study abroad or internship enrollment process reported doing so because of inadequate financial resources?
