Daiji Shin

Daiji Shin is an experienced international education professional currently serving as Associate Director at IES Abroad Tokyo, where he has dedicated more than 20 years of service. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on a variety of leadership roles, including serving multiple times as Interim Center Director, demonstrating strong expertise in program development, administration, staff supervision, and organizational management within the field of international education.

He holds a Master of Education from the University of Georgia, with a focus on International Education. Drawing on extensive experience in both academic and administrative areas, he has led numerous initiatives, including launching new programs, developing effective administrative procedures, and training and mentoring faculty and staff. His work has consistently supported student success, intercultural learning, and the growth of international academic programs.
