The program blends classroom instruction with practical experiences, offering an in-depth look at Italian food, wine, and gastronomic history. Students will gain a well-rounded understanding of Italy’s rich culinary traditions through visits to local markets, vineyards, historical landmarks, and hands-on cooking workshops, all while learning directly from local experts.
