About the Program
Length: Two weeks
We invite you to consider our IES Abroad London Center as a site for welcoming theatre cohorts for a two-week performance program. Engage in Britain’s rich historical and contemporary theatrical tradition through theater and drama in London. William Shakespeare said it best when he wrote “All the world’s a stage”—where better to study theater than the home of so many brilliant playwrights and performers?
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee the availability of all housing, excursions, cultural events, guest lecturers or tours.
Academics
Academic Program includes:
- One Faculty Director course (content TBD by the School, not transcripted through IES Abroad Registrar)
Guest Lectures/Workshops:
- Program includes three guest lectures/workshops related to the course content. Examples include: Actioning the Text, Stage Combat, Vocal Production, Theatre Design, Voice Acting, or Playwriting.
