Updates received Spring 2014

Krystle Holford, 2007 Spring – Krystle was accepted into graduate school at Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN to pursue a Masters in Health Science. Afterwards, she plans to go to Dental School at Meharry Medical College.

Marvin Johnson, 2013 SpringSince Marvin returned from Buenos Aires, he graduated from Penn State University. He got married in June 2014 and started working in Aramark's Accelerate to Leadership program in August 2014.

Cara Huntley, 2011 Fall/Berlin 2011 Spring –After studying twice with IES Abroad, Cara graduated with a BA in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Hartford in May 2012. Upon graduating, Cara began working full-time as a research assistant at McLarty Associates in Washington D.C, an international strategic advisory firm. Cara’s primary focus is Latin America, which allows her to read, speak, and interact in both Spanish and Portuguese.

Loren Hyatt, 2006 Fall - Loren graduated from Georgetown University in May 2011 with a Master of Science in Foreign Service with a concentration in International Development. During graduate school, she spent a summer in Siem Reap, Cambodia, working with the Ponheary Ly Foundation on issues in rural education. She currently works at USAID in the Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance. On June 18, 2011, Loren married Craig Moore, pastor of Mount Vernon Place UMC, and they live in Baltimore, MD.
