Ogechi Muotoh is a Senior Associate with the government contracts and higher education practices of Hogan Lovells in Washington, DC. Ogechi advises universities and colleges on a spectrum of government grants and sponsored research issues. As many universities expand their global footprint, Ogechi counsels clients on a wide range of international education and research programs, including in Africa, Asia, South America, and the Middle East. She is experienced in advising on cross-border projects including study abroad, multi-clinical sites research, foreign campuses, foreign sub-awardee contracts, grants compliance, risk management and collaboration agreements. Ogechi graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University and received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Ogechi clerked for the Honorable Thomas Rawles Jones, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
