IES Abroad is proud to partner with Rotary District 5450 (Denver, Colorado) in providing the academic and on-site support for their Ambassadorial Scholars program funded under Future Vision (FV) Global Grant program. 

This partnership will provide Rotary Scholars, selected by District 5450, with access to graduate level courses in IES Abroad locations world-wide. The academic program offerings will meet Rotary International's Required Areas of Focus, see below. 

HOW TO APPLY

  • Follow the steps from the 2013-2014 Ambassadorial Scholarships Overview
  • Contact Megan Leff at IES Abroad (800.995.2300 or mleff@IESabroad.org) with specific questions about the IES Abroad location or program of interest.
  • Upon acceptance, the two awardees will complete an IES Abroad application and sign a Student Waiver.

ROTARY INTERNATIONAL REQUIRED AREAS OF FOCUS

Global Grant Scholarship Candidates must have previous work experience, intended graduate degree studies, and future career plans that are related to one of the following study areas as established by The Rotary Foundation and Rotary International: 

  • Peace and conflict prevention/resolution  
  • Disease prevention and treatment
  • Water and sanitation
  • Maternal and child health
  • Basic education and literacy
  • Economic and community development
