Group Medical insurance
We believe in providing robust and affordable medical insurance to our employees and their dependents. We subsidize a generous premium subsidy and we make our medical insurance program available to employees and dependents immediately upon hire. Dependents include spouses, domestic partners, and children.
Group Vision & Dental insurance
The same generous premium subsidy provided for group medical insurance also applies to our group dental and vision programs. Employees and their dependents are eligible for enrollment on the first day of the month following the date of hire.
403(b) Plan
Our 403(b) plan allows you to select either TIAA-CREF or Fidelity as your investment manager. Generous employer matching funds are provided after one year of employment. We also offer an optional TIAA-CREF supplemental 403(b) option.
