Barcelona January Term - Spanish Cuisine & Culture

This program offers the opportunity to experience Spanish geography, history, and cultural diversity through its gastronomy. The coming-together of many culinary traditions represents today’s Spanish cuisine.

Participate in course-related excursions to a winery, the Fundación Alicia, the Boqueria Market, “slow food” restaurants, and organic farms to understand the connection between the land, the produce, and the people—with all its implications.

Dublin’s lively theatre scene dates to the mid-17th century when plays were produced at Smock Alley Theatre, on the south bank of the River Liffey. This theatre has been redeveloped on its original site, with state-of-the-art performance spaces, and now serves as home to the Gaiety School of Acting - National Theatre School of Ireland, where you'll enroll.
