Conference Schedule Overview
Wednesday afternoon, October 16th
IES Abroad is again offering attendees the opportunity to attend a pre-conference workshop. These will run concurrently from 1:00-4:30 p.m. Space will be limited and preregistration will be required.
More information will be available on specific offerings in early August.
Wednesday evening, October 16th
The official kick-off of the 2013 IES Abroad Annual Conference begins at 5:30 p.m. with a welcome reception at the Union League Club’s Main Lounge.
Thursday, October 17th
The first full day of the conference begins with a networking breakfast, followed by a morning plenary presentation. The remainder of the day will include concurrent sessions, appointments with Center Directors and key IES Abroad staff, lunch, and the IES Abroad business meeting.
A reception and awards dinner will be held Thursday evening.
Friday, October 18th
The second full day of conference programming begins with a networking breakfast, and includes concurrent sessions, and appointments with Center Directors and key IES Abroad staff. Following lunch, a second plenary presentation will be made, and a final set of concurrent sessions will be offered, ending at 4:00 p.m.
