IES Abroad recently received a Gold, two Silver, and a Bronze award in the 25th Annual Educational Advertising Awards, the oldest and largest educational advertising awards competition in the country. IES Abroad was selected as an award winner from among 2,000 entries submitted by more than 1,000 colleges, universities, and secondary schools. IES Abroad was recognized for the following:

• Gold Award for the “Take a Closer Look at Study Abroad” poster
• Silver Award for "Total Recruitment Package,” which included IES Abroad catalogs, website [1], diversity brochures, Facebook Fan page, student blog site [2], and Programs by Major fliers.
• Silver Award in the New Media category for the IES Abroad Facebook Fan page [3].
• Bronze Award for IES Abroad’s program catalogs.

IES Abroad also received numerous Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Merit awards in the 7th Annual Service Industry Advertising Awards (SIAA) earlier this year, recognizing the IES Abroad Facebook Fan Page, Take a Closer Look at Studying Abroad poster, Annual Conference Program, the IES Abroad website [4], and 2010-2011 program catalogs. Nearly 1,400 entries were received from more than 300 advertising agencies and 900 organizations. A national panel of judges evaluated and rated entries.
