Program requirements:
  • 18 Years of Age
  • In good standing at your home school
  • 3.85 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) or better and in good standing at home college or university.
  • Junior or senior standing when program begins.
  • Please note: Final admission rests with St. Catherine’s College.
Required application materials:
  • IES Abroad Application for Admission
  • Authorization and Evaluation.  Your on-campus study abroad advisor will instruct you on approval for this program
  • Official Transcript.  Submit one official transcript for each college/university you have attended since high school
  • IES Abroad London-Oxford Application
  • A current official transcript demonstrating a cumulative GPA of at least 3.85
  • Two academic references from faculty who are acquainted with your academic work for at least one year and on school/departmental letterhead
  • Personal academic statement stating your goals and reasons for wishing to study at Oxford University – St. Catherine’s College (200 words maximum)
  • Writing sample (20 pages maximum)
  • 4 professional passport-sized (2’’x 2’’) headshot photos of yourself
  • If English is not your native language, St. Catherine’s requires you to submit scores from a recognized English language testing agency.  Required scores are listed on the Oxford Supplemental Application
